Be sure to download the Noonlight app and create your Noonlight profile if you do not already have an account with us.
Open Connections from the app menu and select TASER Pulse+.
The app will walk you through the easy pairing process from there.
That's it! Once connected, Noonlight will monitor the use of your Pulse+ 24/7 and automatically send police to your location when the safety is disengaged and the device is armed.
Having trouble pairing your Pulse+?
If you've followed the instructions above and your Pulse+ is not connecting, please try these troubleshooting steps:
Before pairing your Pulse+ with Noonlight, please confirm that your phone's Bluetooth is ON and your Pulse+ is turned ON (a green light should be visible on the back of the device).
If Bluetooth is ON and your Pulse+ still isn't pairing, try turning Bluetooth OFF and ON again, and then retry the pairing process in the Noonlight app.
If neither of the above steps worked, try uninstalling and re-installing the Noonlight app, and then retry the pairing process again.
If none of the above steps worked, you will need to contact TASER at team@taser.com for additional assistance.
