How to start receiving texts from Noonlight again

If you triggered an alarm and did not receive a text from the system before our dispatchers called, you may have shut off our number off by texting the single word ‘Cancel’ or ‘Stop’ to our number. 

This is a valuable carrier feature that protects you from spam texting, but we’re in the business of keeping you safe … not the business of spamming you. 

To turn our number back on, go to a past text from us and text “Start” to that number.
