If you accidentally activate an alarm and can’t remember your PIN, don't worry -- you can still confirm you're safe and cancel the alarm by speaking with our dispatchers.
Shortly after your alarm is sent to Noonlight, one of our dispatchers will text and call you. Just answer the dispatcher's call and let them know you're okay. They'll ask you a couple of questions to verify your identity, and once you've answered those questions, they will cancel your alarm and won't contact the police.
If you missed the dispatcher's call, just call them back at the same phone number they called you from.
Remember, if you're unable to respond or we can’t confirm that you are OK, we'll still send help.
