In order for Noonlight to work properly, the device or phone that triggers an alarm must have a data connection (cellular, Wi-Fi, or hardwired). This connection is required so that Noonlight can determine the exact location of the alarm and enable members of our dispatch team to get in touch with you.
Noonlight needs a data connection (i.e. Wi-Fi or cellular data) to send help to you
