During an emergency, we want to trust that we'll be able to get in touch with you after a Noonlight alarm has been triggered. Therefore, we require a phone number verification step when creating a Noonlight account.
Certain phone numbers may fail to meet our verification requirements based on the type of number (e.g., virtual, recently ported), special restrictions, or the wireless network provider.
If you don't receive the text verification code and are stuck on the phone number entry screen when attempting to create an account, this could be due to the system experiencing a high volume of traffic. First try deleting the app off your phone, then reinstall and attempt to log in again.
