Here’s how it works: In the event that your Roost or Wyze water leak or freeze sensors detect an event, a Noonlight agent will call and text you to notify you of the situation. If you respond to confirm the water leak or freeze event, Noonlight will recommend the appropriate local services to get you help. If services are not required or the event was detected falsely, you can simply respond to the Noonlight agent's text to cancel the alert.
