Why wasn't I texted/called about an alarm?

Common reasons for not receiving a text or call from Noonlight after an alarm is triggered

If one of your devices/sensors triggered an alert and you didn't receive a text or call, here are some possible reasons that happened:

  • Your device/system was not armed,

  • Your system was in practice/test mode,

  • Your device/system is not set up to send alarms to the monitoring center,

  • Your phone was in Do Not Disturb mode or blocked the call, or

  • Your subscription is no longer active

  • Date and approximate time of the alarm
