You can use the Noonlight app, apps you connect to Noonlight, and even smart devices you may wear or have around your home to monitor your safety and get help from local police, fire, or medical responders if you need it.

Noonlight works in two basic ways:

  1. If you think there’s danger, you can trigger an alarm (using the button in our app for example). We immediately receive the alarm and get highly accurate location data from your device. We can send your location, along with other vital information about you and the alarm, to local police, fire, or EMS responders and get you right help, right away.

  2. If a smart device you connect to Noonlight senses danger, like smoke in the living room, it can trigger an alarm on your behalf. Again, we get highly accurate location and other vital data from your device and can send that with your profile information to local responders.

In either case, our certified dispatchers have your back 24/7/365 and will try to contact you first to see if everything is OK. False alarms do happen sometimes (butts, babies, toasters - we're looking at you), but if the emergency is real or you can't respond, we send help.
