How to get in touch with Noonlight's customer support team

Have a question about the Noonlight app?

If you haven't already, we suggest checking this section of our Help Center since the answers to many common questions about the app can already be found there.

Have a question about professional home monitoring?

If you haven't already, we suggest checking this section of our Help Center for the answer to your question.

If you have an alarm system or device that's professionally monitored through Noonlight and you're experiencing an issue with your device, we recommend contacting the company that makes/sells the device. However, if you're unsure which company to contact, please feel free to message us, and we'll help you figure out the best way to get support.

Have a question about something else?

If you couldn't find the answer to your question in our Help Center, don't worry! There are multiple ways to get in touch with our customer support team:

  • Click the blue chat bubble in the bottom right corner of this page to send us a message, or

  • In the Noonlight app, send us a message by opening the menu, tapping on Customer Service, and then tapping "Send us a message"

  • While we don't have a non-emergency customer support phone number, we'll be happy to schedule a call with you if your question or issue can be resolved more effectively on the phone. Just send us a message explaining what your question/issue is, and we'll figure out how best to help you!
