How do I change my phone number?

Change the phone number on your Noonlight account

New number? No problem! Here's how to change the phone number on your Noonlight account:

iPhone:

  1. Open the menu in the Noonlight app (three lines in the top left corner)

  2. Tap "View Profile"

  3. Tap on your old phone number

  4. Enter your new (current) phone number

  5. Enter the verification code that's texted to you

  6. If your new phone number isn't displayed on your Profile page right away, uninstall and reinstall the app, and then log back in with your new number

Android:

  1. Click/tap on the chat bubble (blue circle) in the bottom right corner of this page

  2. Click/tap on "Send us a message"

  3. Send us a message letting us know you need to change your phone number. In your message, include the following info:

    1. Your first and last name,

    2. Your old phone number, and

    3. Your new/current phone number

  4. A Noonlight teammate will follow up with you soon to help you with changing your phone number.
